I will admit to struggling to pick a picture. This is me - after finishing the Eagles Autism Challenge 5k in 2022. It was 85 degrees at 7:30 am.  I like this picture because it shows who I am: a human, just like you. I sweat, I struggle, I smile, and I triumph. I believe anyone can improve and do better with the appropriate encouragement, support, and knowledge. I have been a licensed clinical social worker since 2012 and I have been in the human services field for almost 30 years. I earned my undergraduate degree from Villanova University and my Master's in Social Work from Rutgers University, Camden. I am highly trained in trauma processing and certified in Imago Relationship Therapy and EMDR.  Every training I participate in  requires me to process my own experiences. I won't ask you to try anything that I haven't tried myself.  My goal as a therapist is to facilitate growth, healing and emotional prosperity through a variety of evidence-based practices. The first step to that is a healthy therapeutic relationship. 

No one starts therapy because life is easy and good. I am keenly aware of the need to feel safe in this process and to be seen and heard.  I work with your strengths and respect your goals for your therapeutic journey. My fee begins at $160 per session and varies with services. I offer a sliding scale fee.
