Charles Brown, IV MSW student intern
Hello! I am currently working toward my master’s in social work degree at Temple University. I work full time as a Coordinator of Student Behavior at Temple University and part time at the Cherry Hill Free Clinic.
I have a deep passion for mental health and well-being, and I’m dedicated to helping clients overcome challenges and reach their personal goals. I believe in the power of creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard and supported. Under the supervision of licensed professional therapists, I look forward to working with you in a group setting, and individually. My personal and professional goals are to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop my therapeutic skills. My approach is client-centered, emphasizing empathy, active listening, and building meaningful connections to foster positive change.
Outside of school and work I enjoy traveling, attending social events with friends, and any and all activities with my daughter Kylie. I am excited about all the knowledge and experience I am going to gain during my internship and look forward to the impact that I will make in the Social Work field.
